Cancellation of Product Orders:

Order Cancellation Before Shipment: Customers can cancel their product orders before they have been shipped. To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team through email or phone with their order details. If the order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund within 3-5 business days.

Order Cancellation After Shipment: If a customer wishes to cancel an order after it has been shipped, they must still contact our customer support team immediately. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for returning the product to us at their expense. Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will process the refund for the product cost, excluding shipping charges, within 7-10 business days.

Cancellation of Appointments:

Appointment Rescheduling: If a customer needs to reschedule their appointment, they must inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate the request and find an alternative suitable time slot.

Missed Appointments:

Refunds for Cancelled Appointments: If a customer decides to cancel an appointment entirely, they must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellation requests received within 24 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

Requests made through other platforms may not be considered valid.Refunds for canceled orders or appointments will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
