(b) The item(s) delivered do not match your order.

(c) The item(s) ordered are lost or damaged in transit.

The following situations do not qualify for a return or refund:
(a) Any incorrectly ordered product is not eligible for return or refund.

(b) All returned items must be in their original manufacturer’s packaging, including original tags, labels, barcode, and invoice.

(c) items that have been used, opened, or partially eaten are not eligible for return; only entirely intact items can be returned.

(d) The batch number on the returned goods should match the one on the invoice.

(e) Failure to deliver a goods reported within 48 hours of receiving a delivery confirmation text message on the registered cell phone number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

How to Get a Refund:

Simply email support@brahmastrahealthcare.com with your order details, including the reason for the refund, to seek a refund. Please keep in mind that the method of reimbursement may differ from case to case. Allow 2-10 working days for the credit to reflect in your account if you received your refund through credit/debit card or net banking. If the reimbursement is made using a Wallet, credit should be accessible within 7 to 10 business days.The returned money will be reversed in the same manner as the payment was made. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be handled in the bank account.
